Fizz Marketing,
specialists in tailored event management services, has signed an empowerment
deal that sees its black shareholding increase to 50.2%, and is officially a B-BBEE
Level 2 company.
Fizz Marketing,
a wholly female-owned entity, has cemented its ongoing empowerment efforts with
a deal making long-standing employee Thabile Mdletshe a 25.1% shareholder in
the company, and further established a broad-based black trust (Fizz Imbizo
Trust) an employment equity scheme established to allocate a further 25.1% of

to date, I am now well positioned to help lead the company into the next decade
of growth,” says Mdletshe.
